Im trying to change my credit card information since october and I have no answers. When I click in the "change payment information" option the site tells me "please contact the support team" or something like that.
Has anyone experienced this?

I'm also having this problem. After contacting the support they said "we will get in touch".
I keep receiving automated emails saying that they are calling to my phone number but I'm not answering. Totally FALSE because they are not calling and the phone is not ringing.
Honestly, the WORST customer support I've ever experienced. Totally embarrassing that I cannot update my payment method online, it's damn 2020 folks. You are a tech company or what?
Frustrating. An awful customer experience.
