I do not have access to my previous account where the monthly amount is deducted

Hi,
I have used my school email as an email here, but now that I left that school I no longer have access to that email. My card is registered here and I can not log in as confirmation is needed. thus, it deducts the monthly payment from my card without me being able to use the license or terminate it! I am now using this email instead of avoiding the same problem! What can I do?

Contact Adobe. Use chat or phone. This cannot be solved in the community forum. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.
