I don't understand how many times to ask for cancel the plan

The last time I requested to cancel the plan, I received an email saying it was canceled. I received an email saying that the payment will be made again today.

 

why I canceled it, because since my company is using the full version of Adobe Cloud, I haven't used my personal plan recently.
