I'm paying $33/month to Adobe. I can't find my membership info. What do I do?

Adobe is billing me. I'd like to use  the service. Neither of my emails yields a non-free account. Adobe only helps if I have a membership.

How do I find out what I'm paying for? All I have is a monthly credit card charge.

Did you ever take out some subscription? The question is because sometimes people use stolen card details for this, so it might not be you.
