i need help with indesign saying buy again

I just got the Creative cloud all app plan.  I got thei specificaly for InDesighn but when i veiw my creative cloud it says need to buy it , so i click buy.  The buy botton just leads me to a screen that says I need to buy Creative cloud all apps plan.  I click to buy it and it says I already have it, but it won't let me buy it.  What am i missing?

Log-out and log-in again with your paid Creative Cloud ID and password.
