i ordered Creative Cloud a week ago and still haven't received the confirmation email form Abo.

Hi

A week before, I ordered the student Creative Cloud by my debit card online. It said that they will send me the confirmation email within 24 hr and turned out, about a week is going to pass and still, I haven't received it. On my bank account, my payment to Creative Cloud is in a status of pending so I already paid money for it. 

I tried several times to make contact with the firm but for some reasons, the connection has been disconnected and I couldn't make it.  I feel very frustrated because I need the software for my subject in uni and I had already assigned tasks that require Creative Cloud. I need the software immediately. Could anyone help me get out this problem?
