I receive 4x a day a "verification code" even if I request nothing

There is a link in the email to "contact abode if I am not originating the request" and that link leads me to a general support page. 

What shoud I do?

Sounds like a bot may be trying to gain access to your account.  Suggest you change your e-mail & password to something stronger:  10+ alpha numeric characters, upper & lower case + symbols.

It's already the case. It won't prevent the mails from flowing in and the bot to try unfortunately.

Please contact Adobe at the e-mail address below.  The concerned team may be able to track down where the account reset attempts are coming from and take appropriate action.
