I updated my paying method and still my account is not working

recently I was asked by adobe to update my paying method but now my account stopped working. when I sighned in to the website it says I only have a freee account only, but I am paying! I tried to get in contact with the help center, but it says help is unavailable to my number 😞 what can I do to get help? I feel very angry.
