I wanr to cancel my free trial, but theres no cancel plan button

My free trial is runnig out today, and i want to cancel it, but every time I go to manage my plan tab, theres no cancel plan button? Please cancel it for me, I tried reaching out to customer service but theyre not open, please help.

-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
