Hi, I've been charged specifically for creative cloud services but photoshop and indesign say that the license has expired? I looked at my plans and creative cloud isn't there, but I still got charged this month (1st July).
The account itself is under my university email, and I only have the Adobe for Enterprise under my plans as of now.
I have not cancelled any subscription or changed any details, except updating my card details last year. Nothing has changed until this month. This is very frustrating, and I would love for any help/assistance.
Thank you.

So you have both a Personal subscription plan and a Enterprise plan?
As far as I know you can not have both an enterprise plan, Account, and a Personal, Individual, account under the same Adobe ID (I may be mistaken on this but I don't think so).
So check the Adobe ID, Email address and password, you are using to check the status of your personal, individual, account.
