Illustrator no longer included in my plan?

I recently changed my email and payment information. That's it. The main apps I use are Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere, and InDesign. Mainly I just use Illustrator and Acrobat.

But after changing my Account info, I no longer have access to Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, or Indesign. It just gives me the option to start a 7-day free trial or buy it. But I still have access to all other Abobe apps. This is supposed to be the student plan that includes everything but not it only DOES NOT include the ones I need. I also don't have access to activate fonts from the Adobe Fonts website or get on chat with the support.

Again, the only thing that changed on my account was the card number.

Can anyone help?
