I'm a student and registered at my school and on Adobe I have a student account, yet you guys are charging me $31 this month when it's supposed to be free. Can someone fix this?

I am having the same issue as well, where I am on an enterprise account as part of my University, but I am being charged. This has been a recurring issue for me in the past as well.

Yeah, I have student license and I see next payment in April. So I am not sure, if I have to do something to let them know? 😕
