I want to change the main email because the registered one never checks it, but I have another free account so I don't need to change it, how should I proceed?

You may change your primary and secondary e-mail from your account profile page. Log-in below.

But I'm not interested in inserting secondary mail, which has already been done, but making sure that the mail arrives at the secondary mail, communications, articles etc. and if possible, also modify the main mail.

Forum Notifications are sent to your primary e-mail address  based on the criteria you set in your Forum Account Settings.  

Click on your forum avatar at the top of this page.

Select Account Settings > Notifications.

If your request is to change your main email to another free account address, you can't change to an Adobe-registered address from the web.
