UR CONSTANT EMAILS DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR MY BASIC PRO PHOTOGRAPHY PLAN ARE OFFENSIVE IN LIGHT OF WHAT ALOT OF CREATIVES ARE GOING THRU RIGHT NOW< MY ACCOUNT IS ONLY A FEW DAYS OVER DUE, AND ADOBE SEEE IT AS ONLY $14.99 ( or whatever it is ) BUT $15 DOLLARS AFTER HAVING UR ENTIRE LIFE AND CAREER THAT MONTHLY PAYMENT IS BEST KEPT IN MY POCKET FOR NOW !!
LIKE OTHER BIG END OF TOWN COMPANIES WHO HAVE OR ARE IN THE PROCCESS OF WAIVING PAYMENTS FOR THE SHORT TERM AND WHO ARE PULLING TOGETHER THIER LOYAL COSTUMERS , I AM SURE ADOBE COULD DO THE SAME BY 'HYBERNATING" MONTHLY PAYMENTS UNTIL TIMES ARE MUCH BRIGHTER!

Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access. This has to be set up through the school.

#2 Those courtesy e-mails are sent out automatically as a reminder that users could lose access to their software. Maybe you can afford to be without your tools but most professionals can't.
#3 If you are experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford your monthly subscription fees, contact support directly. This user-to-user forum is not the proper venue for it. Log-in to your account below.
