It sounds like you have a Teams or Enterprise account and you need permission from your IT department to install the software.

Sounds like the machine and the account you're using isn't controlled by you. Like the message tells you, you're going to have to get in touch with your IT administrator on that one. Unfortunately, not really anything we can do to help you out with that one.

Gordhorne25, sorry you are encountering problems using your new Creative Cloud Photography plan membership. As Nancy and Melissa have indicated you will need proper installation rights on the computer if you wish to use an individual Creative Cloud for Photography membership.

 

Are you installing on a computer and network that you own and manage?  Or does the computer and network belong to the organization that you work for?
