I've received a message stating that starting this month (Sep 2020), Abode will charge 16% of IVA (VAT) per order of the Mexican Government; in order to make this tax creditable, I will need the fiscal invoice, SAT (Mexican IRS) certified, will it be provided by Adobe?

John,
I do consider the topic of the general interest of all Adobe Mexican users, because this TAX requirement is brand new, that's why I post in the forum. I will also contact support, per your recommendation, thank you.

Hi OP,
I'm also wondering about how to obtain an invoice that includes my RFC (VAT#) since adobe's billing platform rejects the format.
Did you ever get a definite answer from Adobe? I find their support hours somewhat limited.

Not really, their argument is that they have no legal entity in Mexico, but curiously they are charging Mexican VAT, I think we sould have to report to SAT (Mexican IRS) and also to Profeco.
