I'm being charged $14.99 monthly but when I go to manage plans I have no plans or billing history in my account. I have three accounts with Adobe and I checked all three and nothing appears.
Then someone, a house/family member, has used your CC number to sign up for an Adobe subscription using a different Adobe ID than you know.
OR someone STOLE your CC number.
In either case contact your Bank/CC company and file a dispute of charges and get a NEW CC number.
Making sure you tell the bank/cc company to stop all, that is ALL, charges to the old number.
