Move Adobe Portfolio from one Adobe ID to another

I am a student, currently sharing my applications with my girlfriend. She was a student as well but ended her subscription with the end of her studies. She was having a portfolio website, also linked to a Domain and I was wondering if - or how - I can link the website (and domain) to this (our) ID and this plan? Any help would be highly appreciated!

1. You are not allowed to share an individual or student plan with other people.  That is a direct violation of the Adobe Terms of Service Agreement.
2. Your girlfriend needs to get her own plan with her own ID to keep her Portfolio site.
