Dear community,
I had an Adobe Student account before and one month ago Adobe contacted me that I'll be upgraded to a graduate account soon. They indeed upgraded me now but charged 59€ instead of the 49€ they told me in their mail. Has anyone ever noticed such behaviour before and can tell me what to do here?

The only folks who have the ability to fix plan billing or account payment issues is Adobe Customer Care themselves. You should be able to reach them via live online chat or possibly phone:
