I am a student in Australia who got my membership from onthehub, which I ordered in 2019-05-10. Recently, my apps have reverted to free trial status, and when I check the Adobe website, my plan is no longer showing up. I have attempted logging out and in multiple times, selecting Enterprise ID option each time, but nothing has worked.

Jayson221B, are you still facing problems accessing your Creative Cloud for Education membership? I am showing that the computer sent a successful activation request today. The last request we received was on July 28, 2019.

I am sorry to hear that, Jason.  If you own the computer, and the network that it is connected to, then please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html for steps you can take to resolve the current connection error.

If you are using a computer, or network, that you do not own and manage, then please work with your local Creative Cloud for Education admin to access your membership.

Thank you. However, I have attempted all the steps as well as the steps in the site it redirects to, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html, but nothing works. Reviewing the steps, I think the issue stems from the fact that when I check over my plans, it says I have no items available.screen capture.PNG

Thanks for the update, Jason. Please contact whoever is managing the Creative Cloud plans from your education institution as a next step.
