My student plan became enterprise..Why?

I have a student plan but recently I couldn't access anymore my account showing me that I have to start a trial. I was being charged for my old plan and now looks like I am into a trial for the enterprise. I did not want to change my student plan. I did not cancel it myself. I couldn't find any way to contact adobe to look into my issue. I am a student. What should I do now?

Thank you Manan Joshi for your reply. Unfortunately for some reason, I can't type on the icon chat. I can only go on Adobe Admin Console and once there I see an error. Therefore, they wouldn't let me communicate with them. Weird... I guess I must cancel my subscription forever if there is no way to contact the admins. Thanks again!

You can also try a web search for Adobe customer service. You will normally get a regionally appropriate phone number that you can call.

 

Be prepared for a long hold time. Between the pandemic and stay at home orders, Adobe has fewer people available to help on the phones.

Thanks, I just fixed it... Managed to speak to someone through Facebook messenger..surprisingly I didn't have to wait for too much to get a reply. Anyway, finally, I got back my old plan as I wanted. Thank you all for your help!
