My subscriptions ends without notice

I am currently a student, and I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud through student discount back in Februrary 2020. I bought the 12 months deal so it was supposed to end Februrary 2021. However, today I found out that my subscription has ended, only 6 months in. I did not get a head up or a reason why, or even a 50% refund. They just ended my subscription half way in. I tried looking for help, and Adobe Website told me to contact my administrator,. I don't know how to contact my administrator; I don't see the option or any contact info for the administrator. Please help!

Did you purchase it through the school you are going to? I would contact the school and ask them what's Up.

Who did you purchase from? If it was not Adobe, contact the vendor.

The plan administrator is usually in your school's IT dept.
