Need a refund, being charged from somewhere

I just got charged 20 bucks for some adobe plan, and i cant contact support in anyway, they say there is a chat support but i have yet to find that with the continuous circle that redirects you to the contact page. 

How do i get ahold of adobe to cancel a plan on a account i have no access too?
