On the help section it says there should be a manage plans and cancel plan botton on my account, but this is not there. Can I speak to someone about cancelling my plan? Thanks

There is nothing to cancel until the 8th day when your trial converts to a paid plan.
You have 14 days to cancel without penalty and receive a refund.
