No student plan even after payment

On the 13th of October I ordered a student plan for all applications.

I loged in with my student e-mail and created an account. After that I placed my order and proceeded to the payment. Shortly after the payment I received the confirmation of the order with my order-number.

One day later, on the 14th of October, I got the confirmation of the transaction from my bank.

So the account is made, the order is placed and the money is payed; but until now I do not have a student plan. Whenever I open the page to my plans it says that I am not having a plan at the moment.

Dear John,

I got in touch with the Adobe Customer Service and was able to get my problem solved.

In my overwhelming joy, I forgot to give you a short note about my issue.

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,

Mounir
