1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
Default, I am sorry but there is no Creative Cloud plan associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please contact whoever you purchased the plan from and verify you are using the correct login information.
I also have the same issue as the original post. i bought adobe creative cloud through foundationccc.org/collegebuys and it says i should have access to all the apps, but i only have the same apps shown in the original image. I bought the plan and created the account using my school student email. does my email also not show any plan associated with it?

This is the account that I bought the plan on, its my only school-issued email address and the only one that has the option for the student discount. I was charged the $19.99 for the plan, but when I went into my account it said that I don't have any plans
