Hi folks,

I stumbled into a offer for a free one month trail of creative cloud in my GeForce Experience Center. I thought it might be a chance to learn some photoshop skills. At least that was my intent to go for this free month. But at the end I didn`t even have the time to make one single click and quickly I forgot that I started this free month, until today when I recieved a mail form adobe saying there is a payment overdue because of missing payment information. I have no clue what this is about, since there was nothing written that this free month will end in a subscription that I have to pay for. There was no hint that I would have to resign anything. In the Control Panel under Subscriptions>Creative Cloud All Apps it just says that my subscription has ended today. No option to terminate or something like that is availbale. Now what does that e-mail mean? Is it just in case I want to start a subscription? I`do not want any subscription 😞

Can some tell me what this is about? I can not find any support mailadress to forward my request to.

Regrads,

illyone

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help:

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.

This is the link to the US website. If you are not in the US, the site should redirect to the page appropriate to the region associated with your ID.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

You can also search for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This will normally provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number that you can use.

Contact the 3rd party you received the offer from and ask them for a link to the Terms you agreed to.

Almost all Adobe promotional offers are for paid subscription holders only. In other words, you get 1 free month on a 12 month subscription.  Pay for 11 months and get the last month free.  Or pay for 12 months and get the 13th month free.
