Hello,
I have a Question why am I downgraded to be a "free user" from some time ago? And I have been paying a monthly fee for HKD $78 indeed.
There are some functions I am supposed to use, can anyone fix this? It is not acceptable this is happening ! Or how can I stop making the payment in this case ? You know when I contact APPLE, they just tell me contact Adobe.
Please take this seriously, perhaps I am not the only one?

What is HKD? And who are you paying each month? Whoever receives your money is who you must contact.
