I bought a Creative Cloud plan, but it says there is no paid plan on the site. The Photoshop program is also not running. I'd like to know if I can proceed again or get a refund.

Have you gone to the Main Adobe website and Signed In using the same Adobe ID, Email address and Password, you used to BUY the subscription?
