Hello. Every month I have a payment 598,80₽ for Adobe Photography Plan. Already for several months. I don’t use this app and even don’t know about it and how it happened. How can I stop it? And is it possible to get the money for previous payments back. Of course, I have observed IPhone and browser. Nothing

I moved your post over from the poorly named Community Help forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum, Account, Payment & Plan.

 

Did you ever sign up for a Free Trial of the Adobe Photography plan?

Did you install any Adobe app on your phone or pad and then enable Premium Feature?

If you did then that is the reason. As with 99.9999% of supposed Free Trials or enabling the Premium features IF You do Not Cancel the subscription, the Free Trial, before it ends, which for Adobe apps it is 7 days, then you auto Sign Up for the year.

 

If you did NONE of the above then someone has stolen your CC number and signed up for an Adobe subscription.

For that you need to contact your bank or CC company and displute the charges.

 

Have you sign into the Main Adobe website using an Email Address and password, an Adobe ID, and checked the status of your account/subscription.
