Payment not recognised for Photoshop

Hi I had a trial of photoshop on my iPad. The trail ran out a few days ago, I decided today to buy monthly plan via Apple. I have checked and it has gone through. Unfortunately now the  photoshop app won't let me use it and Adobe website hasn't recognised I have paid for it. I have logged in and out of both website and app but no luck. Please can someone help?

Hi!

 

I have more or less the same problem. I purchased an iPad version of Lighroom in the same account that i have an Adobe for enterprise plan. After the expiration of the iPad Version, the desktop version of Photoshop or Premiere doesn´t work anytime. 

 

I verified that the Enterprise plan is active, the host file is clean and after that, i sign-out and login again. The same error appear, "the subscription is over" but is fake. 

 

Could you help me? I can't open a support case because is an educational institution with nobody designated to this process.
