Payment problem, help.

I subscribed Creative Cloud. At registration it was written that if you cancel before August 3, then the money will not be withdrawn. But they immediately removed the payment from my card. Tell me why so?

What exactly did you subscribe? The Creative Cloud testing period is 7 days. After that the subscription starts. You then still have 14 days to cancel and you will be refunded. After that delay you have a subscription for a year.

 

If you have, however, the Adobe Stocks subscription, you get one free month and after that the subscription starts, also again with the 14 days deadline.

Are you certain they debitted your card for the whole subscription amount and not a small test transaction fee?  The test transaction is to ensure your card is valid and not stolen.  That gets refunded to you.
