I signed up for the $9.99/mth Photography 20GB plan but it keeps acting like I haven't signed up at all. I paid through PayPal but all I see is links to download a trial version of what came with the plan. Why isn't it recognizing that I already paid for a subscription?

You software should normally recognise you’ve paid and switch to the live version. If you download a demo, no need to download again. Does the plan show up in your account? If so try signing out from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, then sign in again making sure to use the same account.
