I have been an adobe customer since 2005.  I use Photoshop and Lightroom and have used other software in the past.  Just before this current crises....my computer crashed and died.  I had to buy a new computer that I have had to wait for....  Then I lost ALL of my work over a four day period - like many.  Now I am being told that I can not get the three months of use free because I am not a "current" subscriber.  I have been a customer for a very long time and had the additional HUGE expence of losing my computer.  Can anyone help/advise me on this.  I feel very angry....I have tried the chat and four agents have cut me off to transfer me to an agent that can "better help with this" and yet none of them seem to have read the previous conversation.  I tried calling and got a girl far away that sounds like she is sitting in a tin can without a good connection.  Any input?
