Plan cancellation penalty

I am a user who subscribed to illustration plan for personal use in Korea.
I'd like to cancel the plan because it hasn't even been a month since I signed up.
There was no detailed notice of penalty at the time of installation.
I wanted to cancel the plan, so I found out about the penalty later.
What should I do in this case? I'm so angry.
