We are not "Adobe team". We are Adobe users like you. You need to contact Adobe. There is no email but you can use Chat (type AGENT). The chat icon is bottom right of many Adobe web pages. No, I don't think it's obvious either.

Thank you, this helped. Had to pay a whole lot of money to deactivate, and i was happy to do so. Im not happy with how Adobe operates.

Go to your Adobe Account. There should be a row called "My plans" with an active plan (or click here to see your plans).
Do you see a "Manage plan" button there?

Thanks Maurice but this did not work. I clicked on the "Manage plan" button but there was no "Deactivate" / "Cancel Subscription" button anywhere on that page. All they show is how much they are billing you every month and if you want to "Continue with that plan".
