Hi, I've had 10 dollars coming out of my account every month and there's nothing under my "plans and products" to manage and or cancel!! I'm starting to get frustrated and just want to stop being charged for something I never used. Please help, thanks.

How do I get help , I did not get a trial period. I was unable to recieve the product. never was able to use. Why was I charged, and a cancelation fee. I'm 60 and have no money, please help. needed this to request help, but my XP it would not work with . I 'v been online trying to figure out just how to contact someone for more than an hour. this is making me sick , please help . PLEASE HELP

Yeah I found out I was also being charged when I had called to cancel. Going to do a chargeback now.

I'm in the same situation. I'm going to contact my credit card company, Chase Bank and explain the situation. Adobe is a disgusting company. I had called to cancell a year ago and found out I 've been billed for 10 months for something I haven't used.
