Adobe official, I'm really angry. The Premier Free trial was automatically paid for with a plan for the next year. I didn't get any alarms, and then I tried to cancel it, but there was a penalty. That important fact wasn't clearly published, and the process of terminating it is too complicated. In short, I feel like I've been given a free trial. In the 21st century.

After consulting with the head office in the U.S. for half of the day and consulting with Korea, I received cancellation and refund messages, but how about wasting my energy and time in this process?

Adobe is the worst company. It's too unreasonable. No matter how good the product is, I'm very disappointed with this bad service. I will never use Adobe's product.
