Problem: Adobe take mutiple payments on my bank account

Hello,

I have an issue with adobe levy every month. I have only a subscription for one year of photoshop of 23 EUR and I just saw that Adobe took an amount of 23 euros as it should, but Adobe took 2 x 35,99 euros too on my bank account. and I can't contact support...

 

Need help of someone of the Adobe service to regularize the situation
