Problems with my monthly subscription

Hi ! I got two problems with my monthly subscription. See...I was paying $29.99 per month for my creative cloud account and suddeny changed to $52.99,  was I paying 29.99 for a certain time ?And my other problem is that everytime  I have to pay, it says that there is a problem of payment detail, I pay with paypal, I don't know if it´s a paypal problem or adobe and I try to contact with adobe and it´s says "We are sorry. We are closed. Visit us again Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:30 CET" ....happens any hour of the day , from monday to Friday.
