problems with subscription

Dear Adobe Forums,

 

Today I bought the subscription "Photographic Subscription".

It said that it included Photoshop. But when I bought it; I could only download Lightroom. So I decided to cancel the plan. Later I saw that you could download it somewhere, and downloaded it. But now I don't have my month of subscription anymore? So now my €10 is gone and got nothing for it.

Please help,
