So we have to call adobe and wait an hour on hold to our delete credit card information. Your website allows people to add and update cards but left off a delete feature. Something really slimy is going on here. Adobe is this how you treat your customers?
Thanks Bob, I was able to chat with customer service. FYI - They say if they delete the card on file it will automatically cancel my subscription even though I paid a year in advance. I told them I would give them a new card to pay when time to renew. They didn't care and said, "we'd be happy to remove it for you but your subscription will be immediately canceled". Nice.
