Hi, I wanted to tell you that I have been receiving emails from Adobe for
some time from what seems to be someone different than myself. I contacted
Adobe and they did not respond. My username is AndalusianAnne, but perhaps
you have the same one. Somehow they got our email addresses mixed up. I
don't know why you are cancelling, but maybe you have not gotten their
emails. You might want to check with them and see if you can find out what
the problem is. Thanks

I branched this to a new discussion because the original poster was successful with establishing a chat session.

 

Andalusian, I reviewed your history and it does appear you have encountered multiple problems establishing a successful chat session.  You encountered problems establishing a chat session in both November 2020 and January 2021.  For future interactions please use a different web browser, smartphone, or tablet to begin a chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html.  

 

If you are blocked from establishing a chat session, in multiple web browsers, then please review the settings for any installed security software that may be thwarting your ability to establish a secure chat session.
