Redemption code lost

Purchased Lightroom 6 at best buy in 2017, I had it installed on my last computer that died on me. The CD envelope that had the redeem code on had been lost. I have gone through Adobe help center and they will not help me, I even sent them a photo of the CD (at their request). The next day the case was closed. I reopened a case still seeking help. Two days later they closed the case. I cannot install Lightroom 6 on my New computer with out the code. Can someone please let me know where I can go for help?

You use a redemption code ONCE to be given a serial number, and it is up to you to keep that serial number safe

You can't install software with a redemption code! You need the serial number. But the basic answer - if you don't keep your valuable stuff safe - is that you lose it. Ford won't replace your car if you forgot where you parked it...
