How can I get this resolved? I keep explaiging it and no one can help. Second year in a row. How can such a simple issue be so difficult for a company like Adobe?

John, I have talked to support multiple times, no one wants to help. Used the chat a dozen times. They tell me they are escalating and it has not worked yet. This is the support community, I'll take help from anyone who can get it done. Same thing happened last year, they gave me a new code. No one has offered that this year. It's very frustrtating. I'm a Stock image buyer, a contributor, a creative cloud user and a company share holder. Right now I'm feeling less than valued.
What is the redemption code for?
Have you logged into toy account on the main Adobe website and entered it there?
