Last night, I was charged $44 for an annual renewal of my Adobe account. After I was charged, I cancelled the auto-renewal and received an email saying that my cancellation request has been processed and my account is now a free membership. My account has reverted to the free version.
My question is will I receive a refund for the $44 that I was charged for the coming year since I no longer have access to that level of membership? I intend on renewing my account, but I want to do so at the educator rate ($14). Also, will I be charged a termination fee if I am going to renew my membership under a different rate?
