Hi I have taken a one-year subscription and then in December I have canceled my plan but for the December month the amount was deducted twice I don't understand why this happened till November every month 1st the amount deduction was perfect but for December it happened twice like on 1st and then on 5th they have deducted the same amount. So how can I raise the refund request for this. Please let me know if possible. Thank you.
