Hello, I canceled my plan on January 9, 2021, after paying for the Premier Pro on January 5, 2021, realizing that I couldn't use it for a while due to compatibility issues with my computer. As far as I know, if you cancel it 14 days before the purchase, you will get a full refund, but the refund didn't come to me right away. I really want to know if I can get a refund or when!

go to contact us and there will be a chat window and see if that will get you to someone who can help. And remember that sometimes credit card companies take their time processing these sort of requests. It's called "taking advantage of the float."
