Hi
I used to have a student subscription on my personal email but am been charged the full amount while I am still in school. How do I renew and continue to get the student discount.

Even the educational discount has a one-year introductory price ($19.99/month in the US) that goes up at the end of that year (to $29.99/month). Are you saying it went from the student price to the normal price ($52.99/month)?

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak.
