J'ai activé Lightroom en août 2018 ou même 2017, je ne me souviens plus.

J'ai demandé la résiliation de cet abonnement mais chaque mois je suis débitée de 12 euros environ alors que je n'ai pas installé le logiciel après l'essai de 7 jours. J'ai écris et Adobe m'a déjà fait un remboursement mais la demande de paiement recommence le mois suivant...
Je suis veuve depuis presqu'un an et avec la maladie de mon mari, je ne suis plus préoccupée de tout cela...

Maintenant que je suis seule, chaque euro compte et je voudrais savoir comment faire cesser définitivement cet abonnement!
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider?
